By accessing or using the JUSTSALE POS system and associated cloud portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use our software.
Subject to payment of the applicable fees, JUSTSALE grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the POS software on the number of terminals/nodes specified in your purchase agreement.
Our software uses a Hardware ID (HWID) binding system. A single license activation is tied to a specific machine. Moving a license to a new machine may require authorization from our support team.
Annual and monthly licenses must be paid in advance. In the event of non-payment, cloud synchronization and certain software features may be deactivated until the balance is cleared.
While JUSTSALE provides backup tools and cloud synchronization for merchants, the ultimate responsibility for data retention and regular backups lies with the User. JUSTSALE is not liable for data loss due to hardware failure or user negligence.
JUSTSALE is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Dar es Salaam.
