1. Navigate to Inventory > GRN.
2. Select a Supplier and enter the Invoice Number.
3. Add the items received, ensuring the Purchase Cost and Expiry Dates are correct.
4. Save the GRN to automatically update your global stock count.

• Full Stock Count: Shut down sales temporarily and count every single item.
